Laser Facial Rejuvenation (3D and 4D)

Er:YAG and Nd:YAG lasers are used together in three or four steps within the same session, renewing the skin surface while tightening deeper layers. Including the inner lining of the mouth adds a “fourth dimension” to the treatment.

About

How Does It Work?

Two wavelengths are used together. The Er:YAG laser (2940 nm) is strongly absorbed by water and removes the very top layer of skin in thin, controlled layers, helping with fine wrinkles, pigmentation, small scars and fat cysts. The Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) reaches deeper, heating the tissue to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin.

During the session the laser is applied in different modes one after another: a resurfacing step, a fractional-like step working through heat points, a long-pulse step that heats deeper tissue for tightening, and a fine finishing step. The fourth dimension, treatment of the inner cheek lining, helps the cheek skin tighten from the inside as well as the outside.

Superficial small scars, fat cysts, pigmentation, wrinkles and moles can also disappear with this treatment.

Who Is It For?

01

Mild-to-moderate laxity

People who do not want surgery and have mild or moderate sagging and loss of skin quality.

02

Fine lines and uneven texture

Those concerned about fine wrinkles, visible pores, rough texture and superficial pigmentation.

03

Fat cysts and small lesions

Those with small fat cysts, superficial scars or moles on the face.

Treatment Process

Step 1

Consultation

Skin type, facial structure and expectations are assessed, and the suitable laser modes and number of sessions are planned.

Step 2

Treatment

The face is cleansed and, if needed, a topical or injected local anesthetic is used. The laser steps are applied in sequence within the same session, which may take about an hour.

Step 3

Recovery and follow-up

Depending on depth, temporary redness and light crusting may occur. Sun protection and the recommended skin care support the result. Follow-up and any repeat session are planned by your doctor.

FAQ

Facial Rejuvenation (3D/4D)

How many sessions are needed?

It depends on skin condition, age and the depth treated; usually a few sessions are planned a few weeks apart. A clear plan is made at the consultation.

Does it replace a facelift?

No. For marked sagging, surgical methods are more effective. This is a non-surgical option for mild-to-moderate laxity and skin quality problems.

What is recovery like?

With more superficial treatments you return to daily life quickly; with deeper resurfacing, redness and crusting can last a few days. It varies from person to person.
